Hot off the presses, Rigged is the second edition of Game of Mates. To mark the book’s release on 2nd August 2022, we chat about the new bits, including hypochondriac-level largesse to the pharmaceutical industry.

In our barney of the week, we find out from the leaked Uber files that Princeton economist Alan Krueger wrote a very pro-Uber paper for $100,000 in 2015 (he is now deceased). Economists say there is no way the money influenced his analysis.

Attend the Sydney launch event at Gleebooks on 17th August.
