I float around St Helens, Tas, where prices have sky rocketed over the past 2yrs. Everyone with a 2nd property here is cashing out, and rightfully so. Those with a single dwelling though..are slowly waking up to the fact they'll be here forever..sell up & what are they going to buy?
I know there's no answer to this but I have thought to myself for a long time..what on earth is all of this achieving?
